Allucent has the expertise to lead you through the requirements of government-funded research.
Whether you have already secured federal funding or are still exploring your options, Allucent has the expertise to lead you through the requirements of government-funded research.
We have long-standing experience executing clinical trials globally and working directly with U.S. government agencies in contracting and conducting federally funded research. Our team has collaborated with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We also work with non-government organizations (NGOs) and nonprofit organizations. We are well versed in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as well as DFAR, HHSAR, and ITAR, and will identify the regulations applicable to your study or research program and support compliance.
Proficiency in responding to federal requests for proposals (RFPs) demands a thorough understanding of the distinct parameters of government work – the contract negotiation process, compliance, and reporting requirements, to name just a few. For sponsors new to the world of government contracts, Allucent is able to begin working with you long before the study starts to provide the help you need as you seek the best options for federal funding. We partner with you to search for and identify different opportunities and funding sources.
Count on our team to assist with assembling your overall submission package, technical narratives, budget narratives, and other required forms for ensuring a persuasive and compliant proposal. We can support you with contract negotiations and advocate for your best interests.
When the trial begins, we will assemble a cross-functional, therapeutically experienced team for your study to optimize efficiency – crucial for producing evidence-based results that are on budget, on time, and contain high-quality data. As a client-focused and solution-oriented organization, our specialized teams provide individualized attention and support for your research goals.

Allucent works to identify, develop, and submit new candidates for translational and clinical research projects that may lead to further advancement through the NIAID Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (DMID) preclinical and clinical development programs.
If you believe you have a project with a qualifying product that meets the goals and mission of the DMID EPCTU, we welcome you to submit a concept proposal to Allucent. Upon receipt of your submission, we will review and advise if it meets the scientific objectives of the program. If your concept is consistent with program requirements, we will submit the project proposal to DMID for their review and feedback regarding interest in further evaluation and funding.
