From Questionnaires to Conversations: Improving Clinical Trial Feasibility

Improving Clinical Trial Feasibility

Site activation delays, unpredictable enrollment, and competition for experienced research sites continue to put clinical trial timelines under pressure. For sponsors, addressing these challenges requires stronger site collaboration, earlier engagement, and a clearer understanding of site capabilities and readiness.

In this Xtalks Spotlight interview, Allucent’s Almenia Garvey, Senior Director, Global Feasibility, Site & Patient Engagement, and Christine Khoza, Executive Director, Clinical Start-Up, Site & Patient Strategy, explore what meaningful site partnerships look like in practice. Listeners will hear how Allucent’s IGNITE Site Network brings together pre-qualified sites and performance insights to strengthen feasibility, accelerate activation, and improve enrollment predictability.

Beyond start-up and recruitment, the discussion examines how data, governance, and continuous performance monitoring can help sponsors identify issues earlier, support study quality, and maintain consistent delivery. The experts also consider how AI and deeper insights into site performance could inform better decisions and shape the future of clinical trial execution.
