Patrick Phillips is the Chief Operating Officer at Allucent, leading global operational teams, including business units and functional delivery—with a focus on quality, efficiency, and scalable growth. He is responsible for driving operational performance, enhancing productivity, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery that improves customer satisfaction and repeat business.
With more than 30 years of experience leading clinical and corporate operational teams across both public and private CRO and biopharmaceutical companies, Patrick brings deep expertise in organizational leadership, process optimization, and strategic execution. His career has centered on building high-performing teams and advancing operational excellence to support long-term client success.
Prior to joining Allucent, Patrick was CEO of Health Decisions, a specialty CRO focused on women’s health and diagnostics. He led a company-wide transformation, significantly increased enterprise value, and guided the organization through a successful acquisition. He later founded AIS Consulting, LLC, advising high-growth life sciences companies and private equity firms on operational strategy and scalability.
Patrick holds a D.Phil. in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Liverpool J.M. University.
