Paula Brown Stafford is Chief Executive Officer of Allucent. She leads the company’s mission to combine therapeutic expertise, global reach, and innovative technologies to help sponsors bring new therapies to patients faster.
With more than 35 years of industry experience, Paula brings a unique combination of CRO leadership, biotechnology executive experience, and global drug development expertise. Prior to Allucent, she held senior leadership roles at Quintiles (now IQVIA), including President of its largest business unit, and later served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chair of Novan, Inc., giving her firsthand insight into the challenges faced by emerging biopharma companies.
Paula is a recipient of the 2022 Triangle Business Journal Lifetime Achievement Award for Women in Business and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
